LED Power Driver could transfer to specific voltage and current to drive LED to light. As the LED Technology rapidly developed, requirement to LED drive power keeps improving. Some LED lamps are installed in outdoor such as LED street lamp. Because the activation of grid load and interaction of lightning stock, there will be invasion of all kind of surge from grid system. Some surge will cause direct damage to LED. Thus, LED drives power source need capability to restrain the invasion of surge to protect LED. It will need simulation of waveform of APM AC source. It could simulate transient shutdown waveform, start or end in specific phase angle and PLD test. It also matches the wave of IEC61000-4-11/IEC61000-4-14/IEC61000-4-28 standard.
