Application of Programmable DC Source output adapter plate

Multiple units parallel/series connection mostly adopt cabinet system integration. Convenient cable connection could get twofold results with half the effort. APM Programmable Power Supply introduces application of adapter plate, below application of multiple units parallel connection output could tell its advantage.

Output terminal single unit Power Supply adopt below angle could largely guarantee contact area between terminal and internal PCB board. It could satisfy the requirement of stress-strain after cable connection.

When multiple units output in parallel connection, it could select output adapter plate to connect conveniently. It could change the connection direction. On the one hand, this kind of connection extends the room between positive and negative terminal which bring convenience to user. On the other hand, folding design on the bottom also makes output adapter plate easy to locate and fixed.

(Noted: when connected output adapter plate, distance between positive and negative terminal is 7mm. It is still satisfy the safety interval of electric.

When all power complete installing output adapter plate in system, separately connect positive and negative terminal to copper bar. It could secondary stabilize the output adapter plate

Customer could select below two connection methods:

Method 1: could balance current density of two sides of cooper bar. At the meanwhile, only need to select cooper bar with current-carrying capability which is only half of total current.

Method 2: this kind of connection method make customer more convenient to internally connect. But current-carrying capability should be equal to total current.
