Function Description:
In the process of daily testing, engineers need to record the voltage, current, power and other conventional electrical parameters of the DUT when it is working, and sometimes it is necessary to measure the internal/surface temperature of the DUT when it is working, so as to analyze the temperature of the object under test after the test. Various characteristic curves that vary with current, temperature with voltage, and temperature with time.
Users can connect the DUT and TC inputs on the front panel with optional accessories (including thermocouple K-type temperature probe adapter), use the menu function to measure and display the temperature of the object to be measured, and also set the safety threshold of DUT temperature protection, such as setting 50℃ protection, when the temperature is reached, an alarm message will be issued and the Power Supply will stop output.
